Now you wait.  Lately it has been taking more than a day for my apps to actually show up in the marketplace once they reach this milestone.  Searching/browsing doesn't initially find the app, and following its deep link gives an error message in Zune that says, "ERROR. THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AT ZUNE MARKETPLACE."  Don't panic!  In my experience, I've seen my app appear 1-3 days later with no further action on my end.  And it seems to show up under its category in Zune a little before search finds it.  It also takes additional time to appear in the phone's Marketplace app.
