Well that was a faster marketplace turnaround time than I expected!  Just hours after Metro Web Browser 2.0 went live, version 2.5 is now live in the marketplace!

I was surprised by how many requests I got for saving images from web pages!  So now you can do it:

Enabling this with an inline tap-and-hold (as in IE) wasn't really feasible, so I did what I think is the next-best thing. You can select "save picture(s)" from the actions screen to bring up an images-only view of the current page.  In this mode, you can tap on any image to instantly save it to your local pictures. Once there, you can do all the usual pictures tasks from your phone's Pictures hub.

Also, you can now reorder your favorites via the tap-and-hold context menu:

This version also contains some performance fixes and some bug fixes.  Enjoy!

Hey adam,

Any plans on updates to the browser ? Would really love to see the ability to open links that are meant to open in new tabs or instances. Metro can't open them at all right now.

Thanks.
